At Blast100, we take pride in delivering high-quality cricket-themed T-shirts that capture the spirit of the game. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy with your order, please read our refund and return policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.
- Only Blast100 branded merchandise purchased via our official online store is eligible for returns.
- Personalized or custom-made T-shirts (with names, numbers, or custom prints) are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Support team at owen@blast100.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions on the return shipping process.
3. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
- Blast100 is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees (both original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or style, please follow the return process first.
- Place a new order for the replacement item on our store.
- We do not offer direct exchanges.
6. Damaged or Faulty Products
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide photos of the damage or defect to expedite the process.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our support.
- After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the order processing starts immediately.
